Back-up CSR/Dispatcher duties during peak call volumes, lunch breaks, after hours and due to absences or scheduled PTO/UPTO.
The basic function of a Customer Service Representative is to provide Ideal Services Heating and Cooling's customers/potential customers with stellar customer service.
Monitor personal, admin, info and dispatch email boxes and respond appropriately in a timely manner to customer requests.
Coordinate with other CSR's/Dispatcher to monitor Service Titan for appointments made through schedule engine throughout the day.
Assign appropriate technician to newly scheduled service calls from schedule engine.
Monitor alerts in Service Titan throughout the day.
Ensure customers are made aware of technician delays - offer to reschedule when appropriate.
Engage in weekly one-on-one sessions with the manager for coaching.
Attending weekly customer service staff meetings and contribute whenever appropriate.
Maintain acceptable KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) Complete required training as assigned.
Adhere to cybersecurity policies and guidelines.
Adhere to building safety policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent Ability to multitask.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
Ability to represent Ideal Services in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff and the general public.
