Specific Duties Process Amgen identification badges such as; o Activations o Terminations o Printing and Shipping Conduct security investigations as requested by the client, which includes but not limited to:
o CCTV research o Badging Reports o Incident Reports Assist with administration of security systems including, Prowatch, Headcount, and Genetec:
o Add/Remove users.
o Update report parameters and other details.
o Work with server point of contact for application upgrades and routine maintenance.
Fulfill Workday and BARs requests.
Assist with administration of preventive maintenance and repair program Create and disseminate BOA/BOLOs as requested by the client.
Monitoring of security systems to include CCTV, access control, etc.
Assist with Special Events.
Communicating and escalating security issues that may impact Amgen operations.
Complete special assignments in a timely manner (i.
e.
audits, drills) Help the Amgen Sr Security System Administrator maintain the various security systems used as Amgen such as cameras, doors, analytical devices, and any programs or software used by the Security Department.
Troubleshoot and fix simple issues with doors, door parts, cameras, and system applications.
Place work orders and service calls.
Help maintain the spare parts inventory.
Maintain the Headcount Emergency Evacuation system groups and Distribution Lists.
Testing of Tactical Communications and general maintenance and management of Headcount.
Send Word Now Testing (Quarterly Emergency Notification Tests.
