Team Lead, Maintenance
Job DetailsJob DescriptionThe OpportunityIn this role you will supervise the planning, scheduling, and completion of all service/maintenance work performed in assigned area to insure maximum uptime of equipment.
You will report to the Manager, Maintenance.
This position is located onsite at our facility in Holly Springs, NC.
The Role Oversees activities of Mechanics assigned to work areas to assure compliance with company, state, and federal agency guidelines Maintains planned work schedules and handles emergency work resulting from rendering of required services Manages work order system within area of responsibility; ensures necessary inventories of equipment and supplies are available Your skills and experienceEducationBachelor's degree in Engineering in lieu of a Bachelor's degree or local equivalent, an Associates degree or local equivalent in a related field.
Experience Minimum of 10 years' service in the process/metrology/instrumentation, preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, or chemical processing industry.
Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in maintenance/metrology/instrumentation preferred.
Strong employee management skills.
Functional knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA regulated facility.
