Sr Manager SAP Plant Maintenance at CSL Limited in Holly Springs, NC
The Sr. Manager ERP Manufacturing is responsible for independently analyzing, documenting, and communicating requirements for systems and data related changes needed within the CSL Behring and Seqirus related to Manufacturing and Maintenance business processes including any requirements related to any Interfaces with MES systems. Solutions areas may include Enterprise Resource Planning, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, interfaces to MES systems and similar applications. Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1 Assists the ERP Manufacturing Lead and the Solution Integrator to coordinate demand management activities in a managed services environment. 2 Utilizes specific techniques to elicit requirements from CSL Behring and Seqirus business stakeholders, analyzes, organizes, documents, and validates the resulting requirements, and communicates and secures agreement on the requirements across all stakeholders. 3 Establish relationships with Run / Project team members, CSL Behring and Seqirus Production, Inventory Management, Quality and MES stakeholders, and liaises between the business and technical members of the ERP team (CSL/Seqirus and the Managed Service Provider), ensuring that the team understands the business customer needs. 4 Build and update models, diagrams, information flows and other documentation to describe business processes, conceptual information models, organizational structure, and business area context and/or system requirements. 5 Analyze the current environment for repetitive issues and activities that can be solved proactively rather than reactively. 6 Supports contingent worker oversight for supplemental contract Business Analysis resources that may be required. 7 Seeks to become subject matter expert on the processes and systems related to their assignments. Must have ability to create technical and training documentation as needed to support the Global Digital Technology organization. 8 Support and alignment with other work streams such as PTI (Plant to Inventory), and MES Systems. 9 Support the integration to external partner such as MES providers and their respective applications 10 Work with the Managed service provider on all activities related to Manufacturing, Interfaces to MES and Plant maintenance related to SAP S4/SAP MII/SAP PI/PO Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, education preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, or Science discipline. Experience 7+ years of experience in application solution design standard requirements business analysis techniques such as data analysis, process analysis, interviewing, and use case development. Technical training and 5
years experience in. SAP S4/ SAP MII required. 6
years of SAP Supply Chain configuration, trouble shooting and implementation experience. 4
years experience in SAP Plant Maintenance Understanding of the full Supply chain functions from Production planning through Inventory management. Lifesciences/Biotech or similarly regulated environment experience preferred. Familiarity with software/solution delivery life cycles. Facilitation, organization and written communication skills. Ability to work in ambiguous situations. Demonstrated skills in analysis and problem solving
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Plant & Facilities ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
